ENTIRE AGREEMENT

The terms and conditions outlined in this document, in conjunction with our detailed privacy policy, form the complete and comprehensive agreement between you, the user, and us, the website owner and operator, regarding your use of this website.

WAIVER

The inability of either party to enforce any rights granted in these terms and conditions or take action against the other party in the event of a breach shall not be deemed as a waiver of those rights by that party. This means that if one party does not enforce their rights or take action in the event of a breach, it does not mean that they cannot enforce those rights or take action in the event of future breaches.

This also applies to any future rights or actions that may arise under these terms and conditions.

INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS

This Agreement does not establish any form of partnership, joint venture, agency or employment relationship between the parties. Both parties shall remain independent contractors and shall not have any authority to bind the other party to any agreement or to represent the other party in any way. This agreement is not intended to create a fiduciary relationship or any other relationship that would impose any additional obligations or liabilities on either party beyond those specifically outlined in this Agreement.

Both parties shall be solely responsible for their own actions and shall not be deemed to be acting as agents or representatives of the other party.

FORCE MAJEURE

We shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations under this Agreement if such delay or failure is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war, labor strikes, lock-outs, riots, acts of terrorism, or acts of any government or other competent authority.

Additionally, any force majeure events, such as pandemics or other similar events, shall also be considered as events beyond our reasonable control and shall not be held against us in the event of a delay or failure to perform. It is understood that we will make every effort to minimise any disruptions and resume performance as soon as possible.
