Human Resources – HR is responsible for providing guidance on this policy, ensuring compliance with relevant laws, and handling any complaints or concerns regarding discrimination or inequality.

SPROUT(ED) ensures that job advertisements, recruitment, and selection processes are designed to attract a diverse range of candidates. We aim to eliminate bias and promote equal opportunities by:

  • Using inclusive language in job advertisements.
  • Ensuring that job requirements are essential and non discriminatory.
  • Providing training to all those involved in recruitment on equal opportunities and unconscious bias.
